Utah Federal Credit Union provides the Member Marketplace as a service to credit union members and non-members alike and makes no warrantee as to the condition, quality or merchantability of products and/or services bought and sold through its web site.
Furthermore, all transactions are strictly between buyer and seller with Utah Federal Credit Union acting neither as an agent nor representative of either party.
The Member Marketplace listing service is free to Utah Federal Credit Union members. Non-members must pay a $10 advance fee per listing.
Utah Federal Credit Union reserves the right to refuse to list or to remove listed items from the Member Marketplace, which it, at its sole discretion, deems are inappropriate.
